    We hired them to take down a tree in our backyard and remove the stump. They took the tree down the same day and hauled it away. With promise to return within 2 weeks to remove the stump. That was on 4/2 and still no stump removal. Now I'm having the same issue as Edward. Calls not returned and now getting message that call cannot go through. Will file a complaint if I can reach them in the next day or two.

    This company removed a large tree from my now deceased mothers yard and left the majority of the large pieces of the trunk at the end of her yard. I have attempted to contact them numerous times, with no success., via phone calls and email. I need to sell her home and this is a huge problem for me. It will take a large truck and piece of equipment to remove the huge pieces that they left. This is a travesty!!!!

    I hired them to remove a large tree from my front yard. They got it down ok, but left a large chunk of the trunk just laying where it fell. They haven't touched it since and I can't reach them. The phone used to go to VM. Now it says "Call did not go through. Try again later" Email is ineffective. Their web site is no longer active. Certified letter is in the abyss. Next stop is a lawyer!

    called them and they came out the same day . did what they said they would do. price was reasonable. very happy with them . give them a chance. they will get the job done.
