      Branch Manager ******* Center Bank ************************************ , allows un authorized transactions to happen even when card is not valid , flat out wrong , as she is wrong and her staff is right , card was still active when was suppose to be shut down 8 days ago and was never done . We are done this issue and on top of other issues with center bank on deposits and accounting issues they are wrong a majority of the time we are going to close accounts and go to new bank monday .
