    Very professional/responsible/respectful business.We had our primary and battery backup sump pumps replaced and they did it efficiently and left no mess.All done at a fair, clearly disclosed price.

    I highly recommend BasementWorx as a highly reputable and honest company. Lonnie and his crew did an excellent job in encapsulating our crawlspace and installing a dehumidifier.     Great job. Waited a while to review. Had many days of rain now. Some heavy falls. Our basement is dry! Not even a little spot is wet. Very professional. Kept dust off our items in the basement. It only took 2 days for the process. Sealed a couple of cracks in our wall as well. New sump pump with battery backup. Only thing we ended up doing was getting an air purifier for the basement. The little partials of cement dust needed attention. They did they're best and opened up our small glass block vents. Not really enough circulation. The purifier worked perfectly. I'd give them a 6 out of 5. Thanks! Now we can finish a dry basement.
