I arranged to meet the owner on 2 occasions. He no showed me with a plethora of excuses. He did show up without a tape measure on the third scheduled visit. He continued to give me excuses for not showing up at scheduled times making it very difficult ult because I had to continually move furniture and grills . He said he was the best and then scheduled 2 people to come to my home without his supervision. If he had shared that with me on our first conversation, I wouldn't have continued scheduling with him. His workers did not show up yesterday and he had no idea and then acted surprised. He called me a ***** and hung up on me this morning. His excuses included a broken phone, visiting sick people, his own health, being blocked in from a paving company, etc. He has cost me deck damage and back damage. Very unreliable.

The customer wanted the deck nails to all be driven down, roughly 300 sq ft 9f decking sanded and painted. She had even said that it should only take 4 hrs with 2 people. Days that were scheduled there was rain in the forecast and everybody knows you can't sand wet wood let alone stain it. There was a day that I was blocked in due to my street being paved. I sent customer the picture of the crew blocking my driveway as they were milling and laying down new blacktop. I had sent 2 workers to go so the work on her deck and the wanted me and my uncle to do the work. My uncle was one of the people sent to do the work. I did not call her names, she had asked if she should simply move on to another route and that she could hire 2 teenagers at $16 an HR to do the work. I told her yes it would be better because I didn't need to hear her ******** about who came to do the work. My business has been backed up with work due to me being off for medical reasons, weather, and deaths in the family. There are other jobs that were before hers that needed to get finished before hers could be started. Her deck is old and the rain has not damaged it any worse than what it already was.
