    I called PDQ Door Sales on 11/11/2021 to inquire about a garage door replacement. This was the first time I had contacted PDQ in any capacity. In the course of the conversation I agreed to purchase a new garage door with installation. PDQ processed a downpayment/deposit on my credit card for $852.93. I was told the door would need to be ordered and because of low supply, the door may not be available for several weeks.
    Several weeks passed and I followed up with a call and was told the door had not been delivered. After another call, I decided to cancel the order. I called again and was told there would be a nominal processing charge from the deposit and the remainder would be returned to my credit card.
    Now, on July 27, 2022, after several calls in which I was told the amount would be returned, it has not be done. I believe this is just a tactic in a belief I will eventually not call again. I would like to have this resolved in a civil manner, with a return of my payment, minus a fair processing fee. I have also contacted the Council on Aging and expect to speak to an attorney regarding this matter during the week of Aug. 1. I plan to file a Police report this week. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    **** this is Casey M owner of PDQ Door, I am sorry for any confusion and delays that may have taken place here.  It was not our intention to delay any of this during your process with our company. 1st I found out about this issue was last night when you made this complaint with BBB. Today I have issued you a full refund on the door panels we have on order minus your original service call as discussed.  A refund was issued to your visa today for $747.25.  Once again I am sorry this took up your time and wish I would have found out about this sooner so I could have addressed it for you right away.
