      Communication was terrible within the company. Example: The first workers came thinking we had water damage and it was actually water and sewage. The miscommunication continued throughout the project and they never finished the job. After over 2 months, we went with a different company to complete the restoration. What work that was completed was fine.

      All water mitigation and asbestos abatement were completed to standards and the homeowners satisfaction. We fired the homeowner for the reconstruction portion due to her becoming difficult to work with. She was rude and demanding. Homeowner also wanted to change the scope multiple times and buy her own materials. It was in our best interest not to continue the project and let the homeowner hire another contractor. This review itself is evidence that we did in fact make the correct decision. 


      Also the initial scope change was just due to bad notes from the carrier. It didnt affect the process of the claim in the least. This review is incredibly inaccurate and not a reflection of our work or effort.
