      On 9/25/24 I received a letter from World Kinect/Lykins Energy Solutions that they would no longer be servicing my home for home heating oil. Back on March 11, 2024, I received a letter from World Kinect/Lykins Customer Service Department advising that I had a credit balance due me of $595.23 and advising me not to make any more monthly payments until the next plan was received. I received another letter on July 1, 2024 again confirming the balance due me of 595.23. Then on or about August 1, 2024 I received my new budget payment book showing I should pay 80.00 per month. On August 9, 2024 I paid 80.00 and on September 1 I paid 80.00. So when I received the letter saying they would not longer be servicing my home, there is a balance due me of $755.23. On Oct 22 I called customer service to find out when my check would be received and was advised that they would be mailing checks the next week. On October 26, 2024 World Fuel issued me a check in the amount of $651.23. I did deposit this check as I needed to use it to pay my new carrier but I called customer service on Oct 30, 2024 and explained they owed me another $104.00. She said their computers were down. On November 1 I called again she said she downloaded my paperwork but has not looked at it. I called again on Nov 5 and she said she didn't see the problem. She said she didnt have any evidence for the 595.23 credit (she told me they dont keep those letters). She transferred me to accounts receivable. They did not answer and I left a message. I called again on Nov 6 but customer service would not pick up the phone. On that same day I called another number and that person she transferred me to customer service. The same lady answered and said she would transfer me to the accounts receivable supervisor. Still no answer. I left another message. That's where I stand. They owe me 104.00 and will not respond. I will send in copies of 80.00 checks if needed
