      I highly recommend not using this company for any plumbing issues. Had a clogged drain guy can out and attempted to unclog it not even using and bits but a small bit. Said flush toilet did that a few times not once did it fill the drain hole. They claimed it was on the city side so I contacted them they came out checked the area and was found to be on my property. I contacted a different company they came out ran water to fill the drain hole then ran a few bits down and within 25 mins the issue was resolved. I called asking to speak to a manager and of course no one was available. So I would highly recommend not using this scamming company.

      PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS!! Had a main sewage line that was clogged and had backed up sewage in my basement. Explained the situation to assuming the owner. .He advised me that it was probably just a clogged sewer line and they could have it fixed the next day. . I happily agreed. He ASSURED me that as long as it was a clogged line and there were no roots or a broken pipe they would open the drain for $350 The technician Damon C*** came to my house Nov 28th. He started snaking the drain and discovered the line was clogged with disposable wipes. . After 30 min he informed me that he could no longer keep snaking the drain. I asked y. . He told me "imagine a pot of spaghetti and u pull some noodles out. .what happens to the pot after u pull them out? - it just clogs back up" so I said yeah ofc. . . Unless u keep reaching in and pull all the spaghetti out ????? That's when he said the 350 only covers first hour and after that they charge per hour and bc it was getting late they would also have to charge after hour fees. . I told him the 350 GAURENTEED clog to be removed He then said he would need to speak to his supervisor. . I said great I want to speak to him to. . He said he had to make the call in private After the conversation he told me his supervisor said to stick the augur in once more to see what happened . He miracoulsy discovered my drain was broken and it would cost up to 10k to get fixed and I would have to wait 3 days for weather to be warm enough. .I said that's ******** the pipe is clearly just clogged. That's when he said they would be more than happy to put a camera in the drain to show me it's broke. . Ofc that is an extra $150 . . I told him to have a nice day and would not be going back to them and am currently disputing the $350 charge Immidiately Called another plumber ***** **********l) and he came to my house the following day Nov. 29th. He opened the clogged at 70 feet in less than 30 min for $250 $250 COMPARED TO $10,000!!!!! LEGAL CROOKS
