  I think there is something very weird about this company. They do not do what they say they are going to do. Their workers on my house couldnt speak English so I could not communicate with them. They have no supervision. I feel they may have committed fraud with their add on billing but wont have their office call me to discuss it. The insurance company is holding the last payment because what I can only imagine is possible fraud. So I would be very careful.Did not clean up very well. Drove a tire hole by my driveway. Finished their work in the dark. They messed up my gutter guards. Grade F from me. They seem unconcerned about what goes on with their jobs and their sub-contractors.

  These folks are a scam. Stay away. They inspected my roof, said it needed to be replaced. Had another reputable roofer out, said there is nothing wrong wrong with it.

  Unsatisfied with Roofing for Troops association with having our roof replaced. We got a Cold Call one afternoon in April 2023 asking if they could inspect our roof for storm damage. They stated that if there was damage they could document, they would contact our home owners insurance company for a total replacement with only our policy deductible as out of pocket expenses. They stated that they have worked with many homeowners in our area with positive results. I agreed to their stated offer.
  During our initial introduction with the Roofing for Troops representative, I identified that we were interested in having our roof replaced whether insurance covered the cost in full or not. The roof was over 22 years old and we wanted to be proactive in replacing the roof, before any serious damage was caused by a storm.
  The Rooing for Troops representative called our insurance company on the spot to request a Claim number and start the process for inspecting our roof by an approved inspector to confirm their findings. Several weeks later the insurance inspector arrived as well as a Roofing for Troops representative. The inspector completed his full inspection and provided us an unofficial observation about the damage he found. He then told me he would filed his report with our insurance company for their review and response directly back to us.
  Two days later I received a phone call from our insurance companies claims department. Based upon the independent inspectors report they could not approve a full roof replacement, but only a partial repair approval. I passed the response onto Roofing for Troops to review. They stated that they would request a variance on the inspection report with our insurance company.
  After a second review by our insurance company they again denied a full roof replacement. I contacted Roofing for Troops with their response. I never heard back from them again !!

  I give Roofing for Troops a 5 star rating. I had hail damage and they worked with my insurance company very well. I had had another company represent me to my insurance company and it was disastrous. Their work was first rate. They clean up after themselves. They reflashed my chimney and it was done correctly also. I would recommend them to anyone,.

  Helped me with all the ins and outs of going thru my insurance company. Even when I had all but given up they were still working behind the scenes. Then I received a call from my insurance saying that the roof would be covered I was surprised.
  Great customer services, and the roofers were very efficient and had my roof done within the day!
  I will definitely use them again when I need to

  Our Florida mobile home community was hit extremely hard by Hurricane Ian. Roofing For Troops, led by Joe and Ian, brought a crew from Ohio into our community and put tarps on as many roofs as they had time and manpower to cover. We were one of those lucky homes. Both Joe and Ian communicated directly with us and were kind, caring, friendly, and professional. Thanks to their generosity in putting their regular business on hold and traveling to Florida to provide much needed assistance, our home is protected from further damage until we can have a new roof installed.
