    I went to buy a Christmas tree on the 19th of nov the guy over the phone told me that I had 30 days to return it if I was not happy. When I got home and put it together it was not what I was expecting I tried calling them several different occasions. I got no answer every time I call. Finally I got ahold of someone on November 23. I asked to talk to the owner they refused and when I asked them about that they said she is not in that she is sick. Also the lady I spoke with that told me she was a manager was very rude I asked her for her name and she was rude about that to she said her name was Angela then she spelled out her name to me like a am slow or something. She told me that they don't do any kind of refunds there. In does say that on the receipt but I didn't find that out till I already had bought it.i will admit I was in a bit of a rush when I bought the tree cause the store was over an hour away. But I was unaware that once I had bought the tree that they would not refund it. Only thing they said they could do is store credit. Unfortunately nothing I want is in that store it is a Christmas store but I did not deserve for this lady to be rude to me.

    Our policy is and has been for 20 years, that we do not offer refunds.  We do offer exchanges or store credit with a receipt within 30 days of purchase, which we offered to him.  The customer was informed of the policy before he made the purchase by our sales staff.  We also have our policy posted at both of our check out registers (see photo) and it is printed on our receipts.  As it was explained on the phone call on the 23rd, we are a small family owned business, not a big box store.  The customer had multiple conversations with our sales staff about the tree, in person and on the phone, the tree was displayed and seen by the customer before he made the purchase, so he knew exactly what he was purchasing.  When he called on the 23rd, the store owner had been out sick for 4 days, otherwise, he would have been able to talk with the owner.
