    We had a very bad experience with SERENE VALLEY FRENCHIES. My husband to and I, were very excited to adopt a Frenchie puppy and unfortunately, the transport services that Serene
    Valley uses is called ***** ***** Transport were very rude and unprofessional. The ***** ***** Transport Services were going to charge me extra money in cash upon delivering of the puppy. I contacted Robert at Serene Valley Frenchie's and explained the situation, Robert advised that the ***** ***** Transport Services had already been paid for the delivery of the puppy. I paid $500 deposit for the puppy prior to the delivery and was supposed to pay $4,500 total in cash at the time of delivery to ***** ***** Services. However, ***** ***** Services were trying to get extra cash from us. We cancelled the entire order and spoke to Robert concerning the cancellation and Robert was supportive and even asked for the names of the delivery people. We were surprised that Robert didn't know the name of the delivery people. Robert promised us that he would refund the $500 deposit the following day after we spoke. He never did refund the $500 deposit. All the reviews on Serene Valley Frenchie's web site may be is scam. This is a warning to anyone who reads this review.

    ****** had placed a deposit on a former puppy, and backed out because she said she couldn’t afford it due to an accident, our deposits are non refundable, its what a deposit is… and its stated clearly on our checkout page, but I felt abligated to partially refund her because of her accident, then 6 month later she reserved another puppy, then when the delivery guys had driven 30 hrs and were 30 minutes from her house she backed out again, the delivery only suggested a tip for the driver no amount was given, it was an automated message, she simply didn’t have the funds to pay for the puppy, so we had to pay for the delivery which is why we had kept her $500 nonrefundable security deposit.. to pay for the delivery.
