    D&L Trim was hired last year the proposal was 1/17/22. I will attach the contract below.

    The company that was hired was asked a number of times to fix the work they did and still it's not done properly. The sink has broke 2x. The walls are cracking. The caulking is coming apart. They cut the flooring in the kitchen to put the cabinets down. They left trash and debris everywhere. We had to ask many times for them to come back to fix things and even the things they had "fixed" either wasn't done correctly or fell apart again. They came and put spackling on the cracked walls and its been at least a month and a half and they have not come back to finish the walls like they said they would. The electric to the 4 way outlet in my living room is attached to the switch which should be live. The front door was not installed properly. The kitchen window had to be moved because it was not evenly centered. The kitchen outlets are uneven because the floor is uneven. They asked me if I wanted them to fix the floor and I said yes. It is still uneven. We have asked again and again to have things fixed or done and the job that I paid for is very disappointing. The stairs that was added on later is the only thing that was done correctly which was done by the brother. When tearing things out they gouged a giant scrape in the side table we had. When asked to fix it they said they would and then asked if we were going to sell it or keep it because it was going to be quite a bit of work to fix. They did get it fixed. Since then I have had an estimate done and they told me they would have to tear my kitchen apart to fix everything this company did. Due to the personal ID piece I left out messages I am not sure if it goes against policy. Please contact if you need additional information.

    I am not sure why this complaint came thru , other then to try to get a refund . this project has been completed last summer .  We have not been contacted since we fixed all those issues . We had a few follow ups where there was a leak on the kitchen sink . Plumbing , electrical and drywall was by and sub contractor . Kitchen subfloor was so out of level by the foundation . We had talked to them about it and we had agreed to reenforce the framing and not move the foundation or framing . We helped it some with floor leveler and then flooring underlayment . we were not able to fix it completed . The cabinets had to be shimmed up a lot on the one side to get them level . the pictures that I see are all issues that we have taken care off . Vinyl siding , the home owner had started the vinyl siding before we started the project . it was not completed . we had to remove a few pieces to install the window for the kitchen . They told us to leave the pieces off that we had removed , they will want to reside the whole house sometime soon.
