    I have ordered 2 pickups from Guitar Parts factory on Ebay. Order number:**************
    I paid $65.06 for those pickups. On Saturday 11/25/23 I got notice that they got delivered. However, they god delivered to some PO BOX in Ohio. I contacted the Guitar Parts Factory, and they said that the issue "should be solved by Monday, 11/27/23. The issue was not solved. I contacted them again,. on 11/27 and 11/28. They did not reply. I filed a request to refund the money via Ebay. They did not respond claiming that "They are working on the issue". They called me, I called them back and they did NOT pick up the phone again. Meantime the USPS site says that the item is in OHIO, dropped at some P O Box. Guitar parts factory wrote to me again, saying that they spoke to the Post Office in **** ******, where I leave, and that "they were told that the item was delivered". Mean time I did NOT get the item, and the tracking information says that it was delivered to OHIO. Guitar Parts factory is REFUSING the refund claiming that "It isn't their fault that the item got sent somewhere else". I agree, it is not their fault, unless they messed up my address. However, it isn't my fault either. I just want a refund, and I want you, guys, to know that they are a shady company, who take your money, but do NOT stand up behind their product

    Item was shipped immediately. Post office tells us their GPS points the package to being delivered to the buyers house. Buyer said he never received the package. Buyer was refunded last week by us. Small family business that did nothing wrong and refunded the buyer within 5 days of the purchase. Buyer has had this refund since last week.

Buyer was refunded last week by us. Small family business that did nothing wrong and refunded the buyer within 5 days of the purchase. Buyer has had this refund since last week.
