I spoke to Ed ********** at All County Professional Driving on 9/19/24 regarding a limo for my daughter’s homecoming. He said he had a sprinter van available on 10/5 for 8+ passengers, the cost of which was $750 if paid by Venmo. I specifically asked if it was refundable as I needed to discuss further with my daughter and her group. Ed said it would NOT be a problem at all to cancel if the group did not want to move forward, and my money would be refunded within 24-48 hours in that case. I sent Ed full payment of $750 through Venmo on 9/19 to reserve the vehicle. I then let Ed know on 9/22 that we would need to cancel. I followed up on 9/24 and Ed responded on 9/25 saying that the refund would be processed over the weekend. When this did not occur, I followed up on 9/29. Ed responded on 9/30 and said the refund would be sent to me by the end of the week. When that did not occur, I followed up with Ed again and also sent him a Venmo request for $750 to complete the refund. I let him know that without further communication and a refund, I would be taking next steps to resolve the issue. As of today, 10/7/24, I have not heard from Ed or received a refund.

Ed is the owner of this limousine business. He offered me 10 run arounds for 1200 dollars and I paid him. Everytime I have scheduled his service he would tell me I was all good to go, to find out the day of the event he couldn’t fulfill his side of it. Just one example he was to pick my daughter up the night of her wedding from the reception and they never showed, we had to arrange for the bride and groom to be driven home. He just recently told me I was good for a trip to Cleveland to again pull out. I requested a refund due to the fact he hasn’t filled his side of our agreement and he told me he would refund me, I have yet received my refund. I have text messages between us with him telling me I’m all good to go on rides and he would refund me with again no results. All I want is my 1200 dollars back.

I booked with Ed in 2022 for our wedding in August of 2023, he was running a special for $1200 all inclusive: white escalade & 2 passenger shuttles.
I text him in Sept of 2022 & he replied saying he owes me the $81. I reached out again at the end of that month & I received no reply. I reached out a month later & again, no response.
I finally heard from him in April to go over information. He again confirmed the credit he owed.
The day came and a black shuttle came to pick us up from the salon. Ed came out, told me to not panic but the white escalade was in an accident the night prior and would not be available. He promised me a refund in full and apologized. He said he would provide a different shuttle because our bridal party would not fit in the black shuttle. I was clearly disappointed but I stayed calm and just went with it because I really had no other option and I was relived that I would at least get my money back.... so I thought.
After the ceremony, this shuttle, that has seen better days, came to get the bridal party. It was like a shuttle bus where everyone was facing forward and was totally beat up.
At the end of the night, Ed was the one that took my husband and I to the hotel and he said to reach out via email so I can get my refund.
I have emailed him 3 times and sent multiple texts. When he finally responded at the end of September, he said he had undergone some personal issues since the wedding in August but said he had my card information and that there was nothing to do further. I thanked him and gave him my email as reference to check his spam folder for the emails I had sent to him.
Mid-October and then end of October I reached out again. He responded to my last text saying he was again having personal issues and that he would figure it out in 1-2 days.
I texted him in December and have called him now 3 times with 3 voicemails and no response.
Found out he ran the same special for the same day for another couple.

I Paid 550.00 for a limo ride to Canton for a concert for 9 ladies. An SUV limo was promised and fully stocked with ice and mixers. We got an old, dirty white limo car with a crazy driving driver. The driver had no regard for speed limits and bounced us all over in the back of the car. The Limo had no air conditioning, a broken door no radio, and no stock. When we arrived we had to pay $30.00 to park which should have been included in the original cost. I complained to Ed the owner of the company the next day. He apologized and issued 2 free limo rides in the form of certificates. He made good of one of the rides to Cleveland for a concert in the Flats. We got the SUV limo and the driver and ride were excellent. After this ride, we had one more left. He then offered us a package of 10 rides, $1200.00. We are six sometimes nine older ladies who have trouble driving at night most especially when going far from home so we jumped at the deal. We paid him the $1200.00. Next up was a concert in Cleveland Playhouse Square. I sent several reminders leading up to the concert each time I was assured we were on the schedule. No word from Ed on that day or prior, for final pickup information. Feeling uneasy, I called him at 4:00 the day of the concert and left a message. Ed texted me back and told me he was in the hospital. He apologized and offered to pay for our gas, parking, and dinner and offered another free ride certificate. There were nine of us and we had to take two cars. The drive was scary. It was pitch dark, raining the visibility was terrible. We all were very upset! We want our $1200.00 + the expenses he promised to pay of $563.92 returned. See the letter attached. We found out later that he sent the SUV Sprinter to the Browns game that day instead of honoring his commitment to us. We simply want our money back! Ed has been sent this request by email twice and by regular mail. As of this filing, we have heard nothing.
