    I rent my home and the landlord had sent a plumber here for some issues. The air was having a raw sewage smell where I had to said they cleaned out. Everything was fine so we looked into it further matched up. He was amazing. He was very kind I have a little boy my son was here. He let the kid be a kid And then the weather changed so we kind of put the issue on hold in case we had to break ground. It was frozen. The weather has now broke. He comes back with another man Randy this is day three I’m at my house right now. They still have not been back, but Matt was not the one that took the job. Randy did. I asked him why he thought it was OK to tell me and my son that it was safe to stay here. He blocked me since told me that take up all issues with my landlord my landlord already paid you. I don’t have issues with my landlord. He’s trying to take care of the problem. You seem to be the problem, sir like you have children, would you leave them in my home right now he refused to answer me about that. There are literally probably seven different gaps in my pipe that is completely exposed with raw sewage next to my furnace, so you just want contaminated air to fly all through my house for me and my son do you know how many different contamination there are in sewage water air as a plumber even someone on a side job your responsibility when you come into something like my house for what it has you are obligated to at least make the area safe and secure before you leave for the day or tell the family. They are not safe in the home. You have to inform people of all of their safety and rights. Absolutely horrible but we’re way too far to stop and it’s not my property

    This company is a total rip off.I was charged 775.00 for a one hour and twenty minute job of running a snake through the pipe to unclog it and to check the water pressure.I called other plumbers in the area and they all said that it was a 200.00 job and that I was way overcharged.I also found out that he is not a registered plumber in the city of Steubenville.I am going to file a complaint with the better business bureau and would strongly suggest that you never use this company for anything.
