    New roof installed 11/3/2021. Sunroom roof has leaked since install. **** has come out to repair at least 2 times every year. He stopped answering texts 2024. Repairs 2021 2 times. 2022 2 times. 2023 2 times. 2024 1 time. 10/3/2024 **** ***** said he would repair next week. 10/7/2024 to 10/11/2024 no show. On 10/12/2024 he said “next week”. No show 10/19/2024 he stopped answering texts **** ***** at *** *** ****. His assistant **** *** *** ****. As of today my sun porch roof continues to leak This fall 2024 **** ***** indicated he would repair leaks. But always no show

    I do not have a written contract on the roof installation.  I had a verbal lifetime warranty at time of install.  This was an insurance claim paid by my homeowner insurance company. Thie roof installation was completed by **** ***** Construction Restoration

    This is in reference to complaints, After speaking with **** he had stated to me he was there on a few occasions and that the issue is with the gutter. The customer stated that there is a lifetime warranty on roof,there is a limited lifetime warranty on shingles but there is no possible way to provide a lifetime warranty on labor. The warranty on labor is 1 year and **** went out past that point just to be nice.  We cannot keep going out to try and repair something that nothing to do with roof.
