    Received services from the company. Now the Conpany is posting several pictures of my private property on a Facebook Page. Asked ***** to remove the photos but he said he would not remove them. Now he has blocked my profile from the Page. Please remove images of my private property obtained while completing the paid work. You do not have permission to enter my private property and take pictures of my private property. I have included 3 of the pictures but there are several in the case many’s facebook page without permission.

    I am rejecting this response because: Business incorrectly installed a downspout. It is leaking from the improper installation. 2 other gutter specialists quoted the improper job will need to be done again with new material. The business owner, ***** *******, has blocked my phone number and my Facebook page after completing the job. This was the only way I have to contact him. I am requesting a refund of $300 for the improper downspout installation.

    In reference to the downspout installation that was done 3.5 weeks ago , when we installed it you were Informed  that your leaf protection on gutter was loose , our installation used brand new parts and your charge was $125. To resolve this issue I would be happy to refund your money and move forward from this whole experience .
