    This individual is having multiple people post about the same issue. Please see our response to review posted on 3/3/25. We would like to have one of these complaints removed- as we do not believe it is fair to have multiple reviews based on one interaction. This individual has also left ****** reviews- all because he refused to fill out a request form and follow company policy to obtain his files.

    So I have been a customer for about 5 years.Brought multiple people to them. They have done a full wrap on business truck. I have requested multiple time to get the graphics to another business for branding. So everything could match. Took them over 5 days.5 days to email me back and 6 days ago I made a call never was returned. I just need the art I paid for that I own. Dont need to fill nothing out to get what's mine. Guess I'll be moving on going some where else. I mean really all this for ark work owned by me! Wow what a joke

    *****,As explained via email and phone communications- files created by Paradise Graphix are actually the property of Paradise Graphix LLC legally. You were not told that you could not have your files- you were asked to follow our policy to obtain the files. The policy is a simple form with contact information and a reason request. You will find most reputable companies in our area and otherwise have similar policies when it comes to file requests. Your email to us about the artwork was Thursday 2/27- that means the form request was sent within (2) business days on Monday, March 3rd.I am sorry you felt the need to take the time to threaten our staff, rather than use that time to fill out the form. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.
