    How about no stars. I have been a long time customer of The Cosmetics Company store. As of late their hours have been shortened due to no staff. I have driven there only to find a note on the door that says closed due to no staff. I called today to make sure that the store was going to be opened and it was. I am now regretting going, and will never be returning again! I entered the store and was approached by a employee. We talked about the products that I was looking for the shelves were bare, and was told that it was due to Black Friday. I didn’t purchased two products that I had never used it before because they didn’t have what I was looking for, when I was at the register, I told the employees that I wanted the liquid moisturizer, but they were busy helping another customer on the phone to really pay attention. Also, the employee helping me so she clearly has not learned this yet as I turned to leave, I saw the product that I actually wanted , all I wanted was to exchange or return my merchandise that was purchased the same day and it was refused. Receipt says all items are final sale with the exception of defective merchandise. We will gladly exchange your return defective merchandise for store credit only within 30 days of purchase with original receipt , so that tells you right there that they are able to return all I wanted was to get the product that I wanted instead of the products that I didn’t want and was refused for the general managers and let them know that I would be googleing that information and I would find out . I will be telling this experience on every social media platform that there is. True customer service would have exchange the products for me, but I was not given. True Customer Service I will be warning the world this! I will never again shop at the Cosmetics Company store in Monroe or any, for that fact. I will now be shopping at ****, or ******** when they give 100% customer satisfaction this company needs to take note of that!
