    Took my vehicle in for a noise in the front driver's wheel. After spending a ton of money, the noise returned three days later. I took it back in, and they said it was due to my brakes, which I had just had serviced at the Mercedes dealership. The dealer redid my brakes, and the problem was corrected. My concern is that I was misinformed about an issue and paid a substantial amount for the front strut assembly, which was not the initial cause of the problem. Years ago, I took my previous vehicle to Specialty, and there were no issues with the previous owner. When I shared I took my car to Specialty most recently, several people told me not to go there due to bad service and misinformation. I later found out that the current owner is also the owner of another car repair place, with which I had issues years prior, not so much in terms of service, but how I was treated by the owner. Not a welcoming place for people who represent minority groups. For the future, I won't ever go back, nor recommend anyone else. When I attempted to have a conversation with one service advisor, he continued to talk over me. He did not even try to offer a favorable resolution or outcome. Awful, terrible, and so disappointing in how customers are treated.
