    Compunet has not been updating the MyLabs portal with my test results since 2020. I have requested help through the link multiple times. And even though they promise a response within 72 hours they have NEVER responded.
    I then called them. I was promised they would call me back. NOPE!
    I emailed the President of the company....CRICKETS
    I call and leave a voicemail. Still NOTHING.
    It appears that Compunet's piss poor customer service starts at the top and has percolated down to the complete lack of care at the customer facing level.
    All I want them to do is update my records on the portal that they created. This should be the simplest of requests. They don't even need to respond to me. Just update it. But they are completely unresponsive, and it is insulting and extremely frustrating.
