    I called and made an appointment for sewer line work for today June 13. They gave me an arrival time of 10 AM to 1 PM. So I called the office about 1:10 and asked what the story was. After all, they gave themselves a 3 hour leeway. The woman answering the phone said "Yes they are running later but you are next on the list." I said "I have been sitting around waiting for hours. Why didn't you call and let me know?" She said quote "That's not my job!" I then said to cancel my appointment and I will hire someone else. She said fine. Now I would bet money she will have no trouble though calling the work crew to cancel my appointment.
