    I contacted All Around Roofing in December last year for a repair estimate on my roof. On 12/12/24 **** *********** provided me with an estimate of $1000 and assured me in writing that all leaks and damage would be repaired for that $1000. On 1/6/25 I signed a contract to have them repair a patch of missing shingles, around 20 damaged shingles scattered through the roof, and leaks around all roof penetrations for venting etc. They did the work the following week. I was billed on 1/21/25 and given 5 days to pay at which time I emailed **** *****, the co owner, who sent the bill, and noted my concerns about his crew possibly missing some of the repairs due to them coming after a heavy snowfall and only clearing snow from small areas of the roof to work on. He never responded so I paid the bill to avoid any legal issues due to nonpayment. A couple of weeks later we got heavy rain and one of the leaks they were contracted to repair was still leaking. I contacted **** on 2/12/25 and informed him that there was still a leak. He told me he'd reach out to his worker and get back to me the next day. I have not heard back from him since despite emailing him several times.

    I am terribly sorry a bout **** not getting back to you.  That is unacceptable in any manner.  The repair in question was done as an emergency repair in the middle of the winter.  Im not sure if the crew was just concentrating on the one area with the snow on the roof and missed the others.  I will have the owners reach out to you today to resolve this.

    I hadn't responded yet because I was waiting on them to contact me as the last email said they would. They still havent contacted me and I am absolutely not satisfied with them or their solution which is apparently ignoring their mistakes.

    I have call log from my admin that shows we did try to reach out to him.  I looked into this a lot deeper and what we actually did for this customer.  We were shut down for the winter and brought a crew in because he had an emergency.  The guys missed something minor, but this is the only email I've received from him and I responded right away and sent the pics.

    Just wondering if your guys were able to find and repair the handful of damaged shingles that weren't next to the vents with all that snow on the roof? The weather the day they came had the paths they'd cleared to get around the roof covered with snow again by the time I got home that evening. I can see the large patch in the front. Any chance they took pictures? There's still a lot of area covered by snow up there and I appreciate them getting out here quickly I'd just like to be sure nothing got missed that I'll have to worry about later.

    I spoke to their administrator last Wednesday, 5/28/25, and we agreed to a refund of $500 since they did part of the work. She said they'd cute checks on Tuesdays and Thursdays so they'd mail a check either the following day or Tuesday, 6/3/25. I haven't received that check yet but would like to give them a few more days for it to arrive before taking any further action on this complaint. Can the deadline to reply be extended another week?

    On September 18, 2024, I signed an agreement for work to be performed to fix some rotten cedar siding on my house based on the estimate I received. I was informed by **** *********** that I would hear from the production team on a date on when the work would be performed. I never received a call, message, email...nothing. I came home on 10/4/24 to 2 men packing up equipment into a van. I parked my vehicle and saw that they had replaced some boards above the front window but didn't put a bottom board across. I said no one told me you were coming out to work. The man said he didn't speak English. I pointed to the missing board and he explained that better now?? ? I asked if he would at least put caulking on it and shook his head no...then I asked about the other boards and he said he would be back Monday to finish the job. They never returned. I called on the office and spoke to ******** on the 9th and was told they would be out Thursday morning @ 8am. No one showed up. No phone call. I called again on the 11th and left a voice message and no one responded.
    I just want a board put across the seam of the window . I will then pay them for the work performed but not for what was estimated because the job was never completed.

    Im terribly sorry that no one showed up.  I was unaware of that.  I would like to make it clear that ******* does speak English and he does not talk like that.  It sounds like you have an issue with the type of employee we sent out.  I will adjust your bill.
