      We had Brown paving replace our driveway in 10/2023. There were issues with low spots in the middle of the drive, and also roller marks that were brought up to the company within one week. I have the email chain to document the issues. Clint, who is no longer with the company came out and admitted that there were issues and that they would address them. I waited , and waited and waited for them to come back. They never did. When I contacted them I was told their crews were out of state on a big job, and that they would get to me when they returned. I again emailed and reached out to the company with few responses. I did get a response via email from Devon on 5/3/2024 and she noted that someone would be out., Again, no one came. With the recent rain we had over the weekend the ponding continues in the middle of the driveway in the low spots, and I still have the same roller mark right in front of my garage door. I'm only asking them to make this right. I paid $7500 for a new driveway that has never been right since it was installed. I would like the company to repair the issue, as it should have been covered by their one year warranty. I did reach out to them numerous times over that year and received little to no response. I regret having to register a complaint, but I want the driveway to last and standing water is no good. I would appreciate whatever assistance is possible to get this company to stand by their work.

      Brown Paving resurfaced our driveway at the end of April 2024. There were several glitches and the job was suppose to be done in 1 day but ended up they had to come back on a Monday to finish the job. I was so aggravated that I didn't notice the sloppiness of the job. There are dips in my driveway and they didn't put asphalt on some of the driveway at the end near the road. The width is also inconsistent in a couple of areas. I have been trying to get in touch with them since May with emails and phone calls and no one has gotten back with me. I have asked for them to come out and check out what I am concerned with. I want them to correct these issues.
