    On the day of our house closing we received an email an hour and a half before our closing appt that not all paperwork was esigned and must be completed before our appt. We quickly called ******************************* (loan officer) to ask what was missing, because everything was showing up completed on our end and we were given the okay by our lender. When we called she was VERY rude. She stated multiple times that she did not care if the deal went through and that it was up to us to figure out and she had no way of knowing what documents were missing. She also stated that if paperwork needed to be scanned over to get signed we needed to figure that out quickly because it couldnt be done lickety-split. We were so frustrated after 2 phone calls of her being zero help and rude that our realtor called her and when asked how she was doing as formality her response was Ive been better and proceeded to be unhelpful and rude to our realtor. At the end of the situation, everything had been completed by us that needed to be prior to closing. Ive never been treated so poorly from someone that was making money from me.
