      When I received my services from barbers my check bounced. They called me and I gave them my credit card information and they took the payment. I checked my account and noticed I had been charged twice I called barbers and the customer service rep wouldn't allow me to talk. She denied my refund and said I shouldn't request services I can't make payments for. My bank has confirmed I was charge twice by this company. Once for 245 and once for 246.

      This is in responds to a letter I received in mail regarding ******* ****** the assigned ID # is ********. 

      On 6/21/20222 ******* requested our services and we went out and completed the request. She paid $235 with a personal check # **** as we did our deposit, we got a chargeback because she wrote a bad check. 

      1st step on 6/30/22 new contacted her on the phone informed her about it and she said she would come in person this week to pay it we informed her there will be an additional $20 charge of bank fees she replied that is fine. She never followed through. 

      2nd step call again and request she comes up today and pay cash or credit card before it is turned over to the local police dept. She gave us a credit card over the phone. We can not run a card while on the phone, so we hung up and ran the card she gave us somehow it went thru as a refund instead of a charge. I called our credit card instantly and disputed it. 

      So now instead of just owing our company the $235 bad check $20 service charge now she also owes $245 for a refund she should have never got, however she new she got the refund and used the money. We know this because she called and told us about the refund on her card statement. 

      We continued to run the card she gave us every day or at least every other day and when the funding became available on the card we received the $235.00 for the bad check + $10 of the $20 on the first transaction being a total of $245.00 and a return of the refund for $246.00 on the second transaction just added $1 of the remaining $10 on the return check she owed, so in all reality she still owes us $9.00 on service fee's we are willing to over look just not to have to deal with a customer who knowing writes bad check because per our conversation with management she knew the check was bad when she wrote it, but her life is hard and times are though, however we have employees who go out and work hard for us who deserve their pay. 

      Attached will be copies of credit card transaction for denied attempt, the refund, and the charges for proof of what I claimed in this statement. 

      No extra money was received from **** ****** and no money is owed to **********. 

      She also called 7 times being rude/nasty and harassing also had her family call 4 times in a place of business when was repeatedly asked to stop.
