    Not picking up trash and can't get them to answer phone calls or text messages. I want to cancel my service and get my money back

    my trash has not been picked up in 2 weeks. i have called and left messages with no response. I have sent text messages and facebook messages with no response. This has been an ongoing issue for months with late trash pick up or no trash pick up. just paid my year in advance on 2-15-24 $270.00 and would like a refund and my service canceled. very poor customer service. wish i could leave zero stars.

    They have not picked up trash in weeks. They will not return phone calls, emails or any other communication. They have not been letting customers know when they are behind or planning on picking up the trash. I have attempted to cancel services and they will not return my call to cancel. Their answering service is full and doesnt allow new voice-mails. They only have 1 star because I had to leave one minimum, it would be zero stars.

    Another dissatisfied customer of this so called business. The service is so, I can t even say "bad" as its really more more like non-exsistent. The first time they didn't make Tuesday pick up, they said they emailed to say it was changed to Thursday. (They did NOT email) Now, the last 5 weeks in a row, the pick.up.has been 2 days late...very late on Friday night, now, past 4PM on Saturday and still not picked up. I paid 1 year in advance! So it looks like I just had 8 months stolen from me because of his place does not respond to any communication, nor do they have any employees.

    I was formerly with ************ until they were bought out by Quick Rent. Everything started out fine, then back in January 2024 they claimed 1 week due to negative temps they were behind on picking up trash. This was on the voicemail. The following week after trash was not picked up till Saturday and normal pick up is Wednesday. I called and left a message, no response. On 1/31 I called left a message requesting cancellation after Feb and refund of March thru May paid, check cashed. They called back but no message left. The week of 2/5/24 trash was not picked and as of 12:27 on 2/14 no return calls or trash pick up ??

    I would not recommend using this company. I paid a year in advance. Then I get this call before Thanksgiving saying I'm 15 min. out of there way so I need to find someone else.
    I asked for my money back that They owed me and I get one excuse after another. I was told it's because of the snail mail. No it's not the mails fault.
    Well if you don't get the check by January we will cancel it and send you another one. It's now January and I was just told today other people are starting to get their checks so you need to wait longer. It's been 3 months. How long is long enough?
    I have asked for the owner of the company to call me. Let see if he has the guts to do it and quit putting ****** as the middle person.
