I ASKED JOBES INSURANCE TO REMOVE A 2010 FORD TRUCK FROM MY POLICY ON JULY 3 2021. AND ADD A DIFFERENT TRUCK. I HAVE AN EMAIL FROM THEM STATING THAT THIS WAS DONE. AFTER MY POLICY WAS, I WILL ADD THE CONVERSATION BELOW.

The 2010 Ford F250 that was supposed to be removed has been removed and it has been corrected and updated. You will be getting a refund for all of that. For the 1999 Ford F550 to be removed back to March they need more documentation. It can be a written statement, Bill of Sale or Copy of the transferred title with the Date Sold, Vin number of vehicle sold and the buyers name and signature and sellers name and signature. The check that was sent in did not have all the required information needed. They do not have any documents in their system showing it was removed in March and since it was not done through our office we do not have any notes. The most we can go back without the documentation is 30 days.

    Business Response

    Date: 11/07/2022

As asked by ***** ******* **** on 7/7/2021 the 2010 Ford F250 was removed from her policy and the 2015 Ram 1500 was added to her policy. We have *********** documents to show this change happened. The policy was due to renew 7/16/2021 and the insured did not make a payment until 10/27/2021 so the policy had cancelled and was reinstated effective 10/28/21. During the reinstatement process *********** made the error of adding the 2010 Ford F250 back on the policy and the 2015 Ram was removed. All of the allegations the insured is making is not due to agency fault it falls under ************ error. We have gone out of our way to correct ************ error and make the policy correct. The insured's have been refunded for these changes going back to 2021 to her bank account per ***********.

As far as the 1999 Ford F550, Mrs. **** told us she went online herself to *********** to remove this vehicle. Our agency had no information on this matter because she did not call into our office to remove it. After she noticed it was still on the policy she emailed our office to have it removed back to March 2022. We called *********** and they advised us that she would need to provide a bill of sale or copy of the transferred title showing date sold, Vin#, buyers name and signature and sellers name and signature. If she could not provide that then *********** could only go back 30 days. She provided what was asked and *********** removed that vehicle back to March 2022. This was a week process by *********** and she did not feel like it was done in a timely manner.

Again we have gone out of our way to get these *********** system errors corrected and have all documents to show what has been done. Thank you.
