      I purchased a Pilot dirt bike on Saturday the 13th. I paid $2700.00. When I got home, I rode it, and it was fine for a while, but on the 4th time I started it, the kick start broke. I called the store and spoke to Sales who patched me to Service. Service said to bring it in adn they would take a look at it. I said no, adn asked to speak to the owner because I wanted my money back. I asked **** for my money back, he told me to find another dealer and hung up. They are supposed to mail me the title today.

      This customer purchased the dirt bike on Saturday.  The bike was in perfect condition when it left.  As best we can tell he took it home and broke the kick start by misuse.  He has  talked to four different people here.  All four people, including myself, offered to fix the bike for him.  He has responded with rude, insulting, vulgar language.  In my call I specifically said we would be glad to fix the bike.  He stated he would not let the shop touch his bike.  Based on that, I stated that if that was so, I did not feel we could do anything to help and said goodbye.   I am going to make one more attempt to communicate with this customer.  If he can cool down I am more than willing to help.
