  Mr W*** did a wonderful job up upgrading our bathroom! Our home was built in 1954 so nothing was easy for him. He had to cut holes in walls to get the new shower in, update the electrical wiring. Let's not get started on the stone age level of plumbing in the house. Thankfully do to his broad knowledge and craftsmanship we now have a beautiful bathroom. He absolutely made everything better! I highly recommend Tracy for your home repair and renovation needs!

  I hired Waal Construction for two projects:
  Project 1: Remodeled kitchen, removed wall, reconfigured kitchen layout, Installed tile flooring
  We had a "shoe box" kitchen that barely fit three people. Tracy came over to our house for a consultation and developed a plan to remove the wall between the dining room and kitchen, install a bar/counter, and open up a window into the living room. He laid out a plan to completely reconfigure the kitchen by moving the stove, sink, and fridge to a more ideal configuration and double the amount of cabinet space and counter space. He demoed the space, prepped the walls for cabinets, installed beautiful tile flooring and developed a solution for the ceiling transition (where the wall previously was). The finished space was amazing. It completely changed the first impressions of our home, and created a space perfect for cooking, conversing, hosting, and of course eating. Tracy was wonderful to work with, quick to respond, creative at solving problems, and true to his word.
  Project 2: Finished my basement, framed in walls, created five separate spaces (bedroom, living room, storage room, bathroom, and laundry room)
  I bought a new house with a mostly unfinished basement. We gutted what was down there and Tracy helped lay out a plan to maximize the space. He then framed the walls and helped me develop the plan and product list for lighting, electrical, drywall, and floor. He helped me identify projects that I could do on my own to save me money, and prioritized aspects of the project that would be too difficult or time-consuming for me. This project transformed our basement into a walkout basement and doubled our non-bedroom living space.

  We were getting water in our basement every time it rained because our concrete patio was tilted towards the house. Tracy broke out the concrete, added soil that sloped away from the house to prevent water damage, and built us an amazing composite deck. Not only did he do an amazing job building our dream deck, but he recommended cost effective materials to save on the overall cost of the project. He included us in all the decision making to make sure the deck was exactly what we wanted, and he surpassed our expectations. Our neighbors are constantly complimenting us on our new deck, and we haven’t had any water in our basement since! Tracy is hard working, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and his work is high quality–we plan to contract him for all our future home renovations. Would recommend!

  We have utilized Tray W*** as a contractor, and, and he more than exceeded our expectations. He helped us recover from a winter storm that froze and then broke a number of pipes. He responded quickly to our needs, and the repairs were made same day. Tracy’s expertise also includes home renovations, roofing, bathroom remodeling, plumbing, new or renovation of decks, and customized work as well. Tracy has developed a reputation as an honest, diligent, and trusted contractor. I highly recommend Tracy for your home repair and renovation needs!
