5 starsThe technicians were totally professional craftsmen who explained everything that was necessary for installation and operation of my furnace and its parts. They answered all of my questions and even provided additional information that was useful for me. Both men were courteous, friendly, and made me feel at ease and confident in their performance. They cleaned their work area in a way that should be imitated by any cleaning service! I greatly appreciated their expertise and demeanor. I feel a substantial bonus is very appropriate for such a well done installation.Review fromElena H

5 starsDan M. was our technician. He called before he arrived and was very prompt and on time. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to us as he performed all the checks and did his job. Dan was very polite, organized and really went the extra mile to make sure our air conditioner was in its best working order. We've used Sal's in the past, which is why we used them again. They have awesome customer service and the technicians are always respectful and sincerely nice people. If we run into an issue again with our air conditioning or plumbing, we know who to call!
