    Driveway is spalling due to a bad mix. There is pitting and a crack as well. They should of checked each cement truck to ensure quality of the mix.

    We take pride in the quality of our work and the materials we use, and we take all customer concerns seriously. However, we would like to clarify the facts regarding this complaint.
    The customer did not contact our company prior to filing a complaint with the BBB. As soon as we were made aware of the issue, we promptly reached out to him. During that conversation, he stated that he would be satisfied with a patch repair and also agreed to cancel the complaint. Since that agreement, we have made multiple attempts to follow up, but the customer has not returned any of our calls.
    Regarding the driveway condition: We have worked with the same trusted concrete provider for over 20 years, and they have decades of proven experience in the industry. While concrete issues can occasionally arise from a mix inconsistency, problems such as spalling, pitting, and cracking are far more commonly the result of environmental factors—especially freeze-thaw cycles and exposure to de-icing salts. This past winter was particularly harsh, and these types of surface issues have been widespread in our area. Warranties in this industry in our area are rare because these external factors are unpredictable. We strongly encourage the customer to speak with other local concrete providers or experienced contractors, who can confirm this.
    If the customer genuinely believes the issue is the result of a bad batch of concrete, he is free to have a core test performed. Should the results show that the mix was outside of acceptable standards we can continue the conversation from there.
    We have acted in good faith to address the issue and remain open to resolving it directly with the customer, but we require cooperation and communication in order to do so.

    Gsve deposit 2000 do not want work done tried to get refund precision corporation refused to refund deposit on July 31. No work done no approval fir work to be done

    Per our terms and conditions (attached screenshot from website)...

    "due upon signing of this estimate as a non refundable deposit."


    "You may cancel this transaction by mailing a written notice to Precision post marked no later than midnight of the third business day after the date this contract was signed. Any Cancellation after midnight of the third business day for any reason whatsoever shall constitute a breach of contract and the purchasing signers shall be liable for liquidated damages in the amount of Forty percent (40%) of the face value of this contract."

    The customer came into our office (video available upon request) to returned her signed estimate agreeing to the work and the terms and conditions on 8/1/2024 (attached). The customer also submitted her non-refundable deposit check on and dated 8/1/2024 (copy available upon request). The customer's place was held on our work schedule, work permits began, and materials put on order.

    8/13/2024 she canceled her job forfeiting her non refundable deposit.
