So my car was repoed on Friday 12/23 after I paid my bill I was told by Leah that unfortunately that the location closest to me was closed that day due to a snow storm we just had and due to the holiday they would not open again until Tuesday, ok. When I called I spoke with Leah **** proceeded to tell me the lot is unfortunately closed today as well and I wouldn’t be able to speak to anyone until Wednesday and I would ONLY be able to SCHEDULE to get my car back… I told her I was returning to work and needed my car back.. she placed me on hold and then let me know someone would actually be there from 10 to 1 today.. I wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone until almost 11.. when I went to pick up my car James insisted I sign the papers stating I already checked my car for damages and loss of property before HE move my car to the gate and would not allow me inside or to even start my car..he argued with my boyfriend and I and even threatened to “reschedule” giving me my car back. He then said he was calling his manager to decide what to do and if there was going to be a problem because I was acting weird for wanting to check my car for damages and to make sure all my belongings were there. After he put the manager on the phone and allowed me to speak with him, he stated I was allowed to start my car to make sure they didn’t not damage anything mechanical and to check for my belongings, after the call ended James tried to make me wait outside the gate while HE started my car . I told him no I was just told I could do it, after he tried arguing with me again and I said call him back he let me in the gate to check my car like I initially asked. Thankfully my car was fine, However the papers I signed stated that I did look over my belongings and my car!! He tried to get me to sign papers that I did something but wouldn’t allow me to do so!! They’re extremely shady even the manager said to “let him know" if my car was damaged. Just be careful with this place!!

This company has been awful!!! My car was repossessed on a Friday around 9p.m. I immediately paid my bill when I woke up Saturday. However, the towing company is closed on weekends. So I waited until Monday. When I called to try to get my car out of the lot, they told me the tow truck driver would call me when he's back in the area. They said could be 20 minutes, could be hours. I waited 5 hours & called again. They were rude, & told me the tow truck driver has my number & he will get to me when he can. Might be tomorrow. Then I'm told it actually might be Friday. So I called again today (which is Tuesday) & I am told again, that nobody "mans" the lot where my car is.
So you mean to tell me you just drop people's vehicles in a lot & leave them there? Nobody to watch, no security, and no one there to release vehicles to their owners? That's insane.
I plead with them to please have an employee meet me there, I really need my vehicle. I paid for it. They told me sorry, but I'll have to wait til Friday. An entire week without my car, when I paid the same day to have it releases? Absolutely unprofessional & disgusting.
I called the redemption group at my bank & they attempted to reach out as well. They got the same run around. "Nobody is there until Friday" & all their employees are 2 hours away from the lot.
Stop using a lot that's 2 hours away from employees!
The tow truck driver drove hours away to pick up my car, I don't see why they can't drive 2 hours to release it.
My bank opened up an investigation & I have a consultation with an attorney. This can't be legal.
