    It’s always a hassle trying to get repairs in our home, we called their so called 24 hour maintenance line and they never get back to us. So now we have around our front door breaking apart and cannot close it properly because of the wood is falling off of it. Which’s is a safety issue and it’s dangerous because the front door isn’t closing properly.

    This company fails to fix serious issues in property causing serious mold in the house and water leak preventing me from being able to cook and clean using my dishes. Fail to do anything in there lease. Forced us to resign another lease.

    We made several appointments to service the maintenance request, and the tenants were not home and did not allow entry without them being present. We were able to connect with the tenant and went to out to check on the leak and our maintenance technician found no leaks .

    We rented an apartment with ****** ****** rentals and building was sold. We had 3 different companies mange the property in the last year. We notified daisy lane that we would not be renewing lease. The reason for this is the property is infested with rodents and the driveway is in such bad shape it has destroyed every car that enters driveway. The continue to bill us for rent even thought our lease is expired. They won’t refund money for deposit either. I asked them multiple times to refer to original lease agreement with ****** **. They want to change the terms of lease and we have never signed any modified lease with the new management company. My daughter lived there for 5 years with no issues with payment. We just want the fraudulent billing to stop and our deposit returned. They won’t answer calls but continue to bill us.

    Attached is records that daisy lane has been communicating with me on multiple  issues  for several months.  My daughter is a young adult and they simply are trying to take advantage of her.
