5 starsIn the fall of 2024, I purchased my first pair of quality bootsMuck Bootsand was thrilled with my choice. They were comfortable, great-looking, waterproof, and most importantly, they fit my size 14 feet. It wasnt until spring, when I fully submerged them for the first time, that I discovered a leak in the heel seam of the right boot.I initially reached out to the retailer, where I purchased the boots, to file a warranty claim. They directed me to the Rocky Boot warranty page, explaining that the manufacturer would handle the claim.Thats when I had the good fortune of connecting with *****, the Escalation Coordinator at Rocky. She explained that warranty claims are typically processed through the original retailer. However, since the retailer wasnt assisting me, she offered to step in and even reached out to both the retailer, and, if I understood correctly, the Rocky Boots sales *** for the retailer on my behalf.Despite multiple follow-ups by *****, the retailer remained unresponsive. Throughout this time, ***** consistently kept me informed with updates every few days. Eventually, since the retailer never responded, ***** went above and beyond by handling the warranty directly. After I provided the necessary documentationphotos, a description, and my receiptshe ensured I received a ***lacement pair.The new boots have arrived, and I couldnt be more pleasednot just with the product, but with the outstanding service I received. ***** could have easily referred me back to the retailer or declined to help, but instead, she chose to advocate for me and follow through. In todays often impersonal and automated customer service landscape, her dedication was a breath of fresh air.She earned a customer for life.Review fromDanny L

I had been trying to place online order for Rocky boots and was not having success. I called **************** and was connected with ***** in ****************. ***** had helped me 4 years ago and was most helpful but more importantly she was concerning and caring. After 4 years, we took right back up from our conversations 4 years ago and was again most helpful. I now have a Rocky contact and a caring **************** rep. ***** is the reason I will continue to use Rocky Products.Rocky Brands Inc.

Rocky Brands , your customer service are really professionally awesome. I purchase a Georgia Boot for work , but somehow the leather separate form the rubber. I get intouch with the seller via an email and send pictures of the damage boot. **************** get intouch with me the next day, and make it possible for a replacement. The experience was onpoint , caring and professional. I will always recommend anyone purchasing boots to Rocky Brands. ***************** !Rocky Brands Inc.

Bought a pair of boots that had a manufacture defect after 3 months of wear. When I reached customer service they were not able to solve my issue that moment but said they would check on what remedy was available to me and call me ba k the next working day. To credit, they tried 3 times to reach me before I was able to take their call after my day job was over. The agent was professional and solved my issue with a replacement boot. On top of that they shared a detail about boots that I had no clue was at the heart of my issue so I could get a better fitting boot for my next order. Awesome company and awesome experience!Keep up the good work. I hope people who read the negative reviews about contacting that sometimes businesses are swamped handling calls. Dont give up. On December 27, 2024, I ordered boots from Georgia Boot (Rocky Brands). The original order was never delivered, I couldn't get ahold of anybody till the first week of 2025, but as others have stated, I had to call at least 5 times and waiting ***** minutes each time. Finally a replacement pair was shipped. These arrived in early January but didn't fit. I requested a return label (RMA# R787257) on January 27, 2025, and shipped the boots back via ***** on February 5, 2025. As of February 18, 2025, Rocky Brands has confirmed receipt of the boots but 2 weeks after they have received them, they still have not paid my refund. They refuse to provide a refund timeline on account of being back up and on 2/25 claim their warehouse is still processing returns from the end of January. The person I most recently spoke with now estimates it could take until March ***** before they could issue money back. Their customer service has been extremely difficult to contact, Ive sat on countless calls 45 minutes to an hour trying to get assistance, but very challenging to get help from their end. I am requesting assistance from ****** as they were the payment processor I used, but this is a terrible way to do business and I would encourage you to buy elsewhere.Rocky Brands Inc.

Our family has been wearing Muck Boots for years. They are the warmest winter boot I've worn. Their customer service is absolutely awesome. I recently sent an email to them about an issue I had with a pair of boots that I had been wearing for 2+ years. They replied to my email within one week requesting additional information/pictures. They immediately resolved the issue. The results were better than I expected. ******BUYERS BEWARE*******If I could give ZERO stars I would! I ordered boots for a Christmas present for my *** husband but ordered the wrong style. I returned them January 7th 2025 and haven't received my refund. They will not answer the phone or chat. I have called at least 10 times and was waiting over 30 minutes each time with no answer. Saved screen shots to prove it. Then i tried chat and no one ever answered that either, saved screen shots to prove it. Emailed them and got a response saying they were shipped with the same date as when I purchased them. I was going to purchase the correct boot but forget that! So sad that a company who supplies Law Enforcement can't get their stuff together. They actually stole my $150.00 and I will take them to court. Everyone else needs to do the same or they will just keep doing this to people! WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS BRAND OR PURCHASE HERE EVER AGAIN! BEWARE!!!!Rocky Brands Inc.

**************** is terrible. Ive been trying to return a pair of muck boots that got a hole in them after 60 days. After starting the return process, they needed a full picture of the boots even though I sent pictures of the damaged boots. I sent the full picture of the boots and now I am unable to contact them. Ive been on hold for their customer service line for a we 3 hours combined.Rocky Brands Inc.

I had a wonderful experience shopping for Christmas gifts for family members in early December. I ordered a pair of men's boots and they had a special offer that day, where I could choose a set of men's thermal underwear if your purchase was over a particular amount. Ordering was easy until I hit a snag in the process ( of choosing sizes and type lightweight or medium weight in each article). The website wouldn't add both the top and bottoms, only one or the other. I really wanted to take advantage of the generous free offer but went ahead and completed the order and not sure if it was a computer system glitch or ??The next day I called their customer service department to to explain the issue I ran into and would someone be able to help me. I was so fortunate to get ***** when I called! She was so friendly , professional and looked into my order. She solved the issue quickly and I was able to get the free offer for the men's thermal underwear. ***** went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of. She even went the extra mile and called me a couple of times to quickly update me on my order and it's status. I received the boots (great sale price and the bonus thermals) quickly and the gift recipient was very happy and loved their gift! I wouldn't hesitate to order/purchase anything from ************************ in the future and ***** was very knowledgeable and a delight to work with!! Holiday shopping can be stressful and running into a "hiccup" like I did could have been frustrating but ***** really made it a pleasant and successful shopping experience!!***Rocky Brands Inc.
