This company was on my property during my new home construction to help build a septic. A driver with a heavy truck backed over my driveway which could have been avoided and my driveway cracked. I have four in person witnesses. The company said they would pay for the damage if I got 3 quotes, which I provided. The company has ignored all contact and has not yet filed with the insurance to fix my driveway. The company has ghosted me.

    Dear Mr. ******,
I am reaching out to you on behalf of my client, Stiger PreCast, with respect to your referenced
property damage. Please be advised that we are in receipt of your letter dated January 13, 2024.
The damage to your property is regrettable. Notwithstanding, we assert that the damage is not
the result of my client’s actions. As you may know and during the time my client was present on
your premises, your residential property was under construction. The property had several
workers and attending vehicles present, any one of which may have caused damage.
The premises being a new build, combined with weather conditions, made the entry and exit of
heavy vehicles difficult. My client was instructed by your hired agent and contractor to drive
where directed and, thereupon having followed directions, became stuck. This is certainly not an
anomaly or extraordinary occurrence in light of the weather and the conditions regularly
    associated with new construction.
My client was able to leave the property only after his vehicle was towed by an excavator truck,
a much larger piece of equipment. As you know, my client did not drive the excavator truck and
the same was driven by your hired agents.
Despite this, my client had previously offered to assist in the partial repair of the premises out of
its own goodwill; this act was borne of kindness and practicality and in no way an admission of
fault. Should you choose to push this further, my client will deny responsibility for any payment
and rescind any previous offers to assist in rectifying your situation.
Where necessary, my client reserves the right to pursue all legal remedy in this matter, including
any claims my client may have for defamation with respect to complaints, formal or informal,
    asserted by you.

Again, this matter is regrettable but regrettable circumstances do not require a villain. Please
review carefully with counsel of your choosing. If you would like to discuss this further, please
feel free to reach out to me at the information included herein.
