    I could not be happier with the job this company did for us! I have wanted an area by my deck screened in for years. Could not find anyone who could come up with a plausable solution. ****** came up with a design and executed it perfectly. I love it! He exceeded my expectations! Making my deck area look better than ever. ****** and *** were reliable, efficient, friendly and courteous! They were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Hake Building Co.!

    Steve P Phil and his team have done several projects for us over the last decade from high $ to small. He is honest, trustworthy and very creative before and during a project. If there is any design work involved he is terrific with his ideas and solutions. He always does things by the book so there are never code issues. It is amazing in this incredible inflationary time that Phil usually comes in with the lowest bid but outperforms the other contractors when the job is finished. He just completed a lower-level Bar/Kitchenette. It was wasted space and it is now granite, stone, stainless, heavy stained hardwood, choice cabinetry and beautiful lighting. Gorgeous! And it cost about half of what I thought it would. I can't recommend anyone more than the Hake Building Team. No matter what your project is, they have almost assuredly done something like it and apply that experience to make you happy with your end results. They are the best!

    Philip and his team completed a renovation of our master bedroom and closet, master bath and hall bath. He provided a fair price and outstanding workmanship. He and his team really went above and beyond what we requested and we are thrilled with the finished product. I feel very comfortable having him in my home and will absolutely call him for future projects.

    Phil and his team finished our lower level summer/fall 2022. I am very happy with the outcome. Phil is honest with pricing, provides pros/cons to decisions throughout the process and does quality work for a fair price. He leveraged his experience to help take our wishlist of features versus budget and turn our basement into an awesome living space. He and his team's vision and skill made our bourbon bar, TV area, vinyl record area and full bath areas look fantastic. They also made me a custom vinyl record cabinet that is super functional and sturdy. I will absolutely hire Phil and team for future projects. ***** **
