      I signed up with studio 8E8 in November 2023. due to delays in construction with the office Things were pretty quiet until March 2024. This is when I followed up to see what the next steps were. They said since my open date got pushed back, I would need to wait until May/June to start working on the temporary site. They did provide me the first rendition of the temporary site in June (8 months later) which wasn’t what I expected. I asked them to make some revisions. The content had grammatical errors, spelling mistakes, they put paragraphs in sections they did not belong. Overall I was not happy with their service or the quality of their work. The site is not live. It still has mistakes due to their lack of attention to detail which they did admit to. I have paid $11,500 to them so far and I decided we are not a good fit due to the lack of communication and attention to detail. They promised to provide deliverables by a certain time frame and failed to do so twice. Since November all the work they did was - the initial welcome call - I followed up with my PM via email a dozen times (half of those emails were just simple check ins to see where they were at with my project), - I had 2 zoom calls with my PM, - - I had 3 zoom calls with my PM and dept head explaining how dissatisfied I was with their process and services - - lastly they made a 4 page basic temp site revised once due to the errors on their part. The site is NOT LIVE and INCOMPLETE. At the end of it all, I don’t have a website, I don’t have a temp website, I have nothing to show for the $11500 I paid them.
