  I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. They have been an absolute nightmare to deal with. I got set up with a competent person named *** that asked me for a bunch of documents and then just ghosted me. Talk to and was promised by three others that they would look into my file and they never did the company just steals your information. Do not trust or fall for their false advertising and save yourself some time and go with a reputable company with competent loan officers

  This company called LOWER LLC has hundreds of fake reviews to give them goods reviews when they're not even Better Business Accredited. This place should be recognized for the MOST NON-PROFESSIONAL, SCAM WITH HUNDREDS OF FAKE REVIEWS placed by them. Try clicking on several of them and they won't even open for you to read them because they're literally copy/ pasted reviews from other company sites. Lower posts them on their website and several others like ******, ******, and more. My experience with this company was the worse that I've ever seen in within my entire life. In fact, I had realtors, including attorneys warning me about them after they ran my credit 3 different times after they claim that I was approved. The 3 pulls to the credit bureau was a RED FLAG, but I decided to trust them up until the time that they lead me, the sellers, the realtors, and lawyers to believe that we were closing. A week before we were to close, ******* who was initially working with me went on vacation and left us with 2 other very inexperienced workers name ***** & ***** who claimed to be a supervisor. The knowledge that they had was less than that of a teenager on their first job. On the day that we were supposed to close, the unprofessional workers ***** & *****, told myself, the realtor who had to tell the title clerk & attorney that they'd messed up and was not able to get the underwriter to approve the terms in less than 2hours before our set closing time, on the day of. It was the most unbelievable experience that each of us had ever seen. If a crime was done, I believe it was when they ran my credit 3 times when I only approved it being ran the first time. They never warned me before they ran the bureaus 2 more times. They were also red flagged for repeatedly running my credit. The bureaus thought that I was being taken for identify theft &fraudsters. ***DO NOT USE LOWER LLC. YOU'D BE BETTER OFF USING A LOCAL BANK OR A COMPANY WHO ISN'T HIDING BEHIND FAKE REVIEWS.

  >Untrustworthy and Deceptive Avoid This Lender!I had an awful experience with Lower Mortgage LLC. Not only did they charge me for services without clear communication, but they also mishandled my personal and financial information. Despite my request to have my credit card details and personal data removed from their system, I received no proper confirmation or assurance that my information was deleted or protected from third-party sharing.The worst part? They denied my mortgage just two days before closing, even though they had already made their decision two weeks earlier and failed to inform me in a timely manner. Their complete lack of transparency and professionalism caused unnecessary stress and financial ********* make matters worse, they relied on AI to make their lending decision and flagged my application negatively due to a name change, without ever reaching out to me for clarification. Instead of verifying simple details, they allowed an automated system to dictate my financial future with no accountability.A mortgage company should be honest, communicative, and willing to work with their clientsLower Mortgage LLC is none of those things. If you want a lender that values its customers and makes informed decisions, stay far away from Lower Mortgage LLC.

  First and foremost, I apologize for the experience you had with us.Reviewing your file, we were unable to verify your income.If you are able provide the needed documents then we can restart your file.The charge you received was for the appraisal for the home you were looking to purchase, which Lower does not retain. Our appraisal management team, saw you had flagged the charge with your bank, so we will not be able to refund you. If you name changes, it would need to be documented correctly, per government regulation.We do not share your information with any-third party companies, unless it for specific to your transaction.

  I recently refinanced my mortgage with lower.com and had the pleasure of working with *** ******. I have had multiple mortgages in my lifetime and can definitely say this was the best experience I have ever had refinancing with *** and lower.com. They made the process as simple as possible which moved things along quickly. I got the lowest rate after shopping around and *** was always available to answer any questions or problems I was having.

  **** ****** was my loan advisor and helped with all the details to sell my home to my granddaughter and purchase a new one. He was very professional but also made me feel like I was dealing with an old friend. We closed both house on time and as expected. This is the second time I reached out to him as he helped me purchase a lake house 3 years ago. He was helpful and available to me when I had questions and I will not hesitate to return to Lower again because of my experience with him.
