Communication, from the beginning of the process for replacing my roof, was excellent. The crew who did the work were efficient and did a fabulous job cleaning up afterwards. I highly recommend Feazel.

My roof is more than sixteen years old. I requested ********************* for a roof inspection to make a decision to repair/replace the roof.. ********** staff scheduled a quick inspection. As scheduled, Mr. ****** ******* of ****** BROTHERS arrived and performed a detailed inspection from outside on the roof and inside the attic and told me no repair is required at this time. My experience with Kearns was really excellent. **** ******* was a great interface person who kept everything moving and worked well with my insurance agent, provided inspection reports, and helped me make choices for new shingles and ********************* I would recommend *************************** to anyone looking for a new roof, and in fact I made two referrals for Kearns.Feazel

My gutter installation was a clusterf^%}. There were mistakes made that had to be corrected. My gutters were installed in an unorthodox manner. The company lied and did not listen to anything I said until the very end causing them to make changes that I dont know will work. Im not satisfied with the job and was charged the premium price.Feazel

I spoke with the Production Manager who listen to my concerns. He agreed with me about the issues that I was having and offered a solution. He apologized for the errors and inconveniences that were made. He initiated a correction process, sent his crew to my home and made the needed adjustments. He send me pictures of the adjustments that were made since I could it see them without climbing upon the roof. I appreciate Mr ****** listening to me, investigating my issues and correcting the problems. He also got back with me on a timely manner. This is what I call great business practices. We needed a new roof and contacted a couple of providers. ****** proposed the product most likely to meed our needs. The team installed the roof in one day and did a good job of cleaning up. The gutters took longer to install because of weather but they found a problem with the porch level and corrected it after asking our views. The gutter guard was top of the line and its installation is appreciated.Feazel
