    I had a tree cut down which went fine. I also contracted for stump removal which is advertised as somethig that they do on the advertising card. They called someone else out to remove the stump. He removed about a third of the stump and left. I made the mistake of paying for the service before I checked the job. I have called for more than a month (over and over again). They just ignor my calls. I did get someone once. He told me they would get someone out right away. He lied. They didn't do anything. They need to finish the job that I paid for.

    I called Perfect Image on October 24 and spoke with ***** (******* ********** is the owner) about the service I needed: 1. Clear out all brush between pine tree line and fence line and level the ground so that I could seed or sod the ground (***** specifically said that they had a piece of equipment to level the ground.), 2. remove growth from wooden split rail fence, and 3. move four tall white pines to the area along the fence line. *****, along with ******* (company owner), and a crew came out. ***** went to the backyard with me and said everything could be done EXCEPT moving the white pines that were too tall. So, I said they could cut down 3-4 skinny "crap" trees. ***** quoted me the ridiculous amount of $1600.00 for numbers 1 and 2 mentioned above and eliminating the "crap trees". $200 was included in the quote for them to come back in March or April to respray herbicide on the fence and ground before I seeded or laid sod. I repeated the work to be done at least 3 times to make sure that ***** understood. We shook hands on the deal and they began the job right away. They cut the "crap" trees down, took care of the fence including spraying with herbicide (I had them cut certain areas that they didn't do completely), and they sprayed the ground cover with herbicide but did not clear out the brush and level the ground. They didn't have the equipment with them. Unfortunately, I paid in full on the spot. ***** returned my first call saying they would be out "to make me happy" & get a receipt sent to me. I called & called them after that. They never showed up and refuse to return my calls. ******* ********** sent an email receipt for my payment listing the work performed. Conveniently for him, the clearing of the brush and leveling of the ground was not even mentioned. The main reason they were hired was to the clear the brush and level the ground so that I could turn the area into a larger usable backyard. What a ripoffl! How unprofessional!!
