    Canceled storage unit in June 2024 and am still getting charges after multiple phone calls and emails. They're set to charge me again in August and have had no resolution. Will be canceling my debit card to avoid further charges.

    I rented a storage unit from this business and typically paid the owner the full amount for the year in one payment even though the contract was a monthly agreement-owner verbally told me it was okay to pay yearly since I lived so far away. I reached out to the owner to make a payment and he put a new lock on my unit and didn’t not allow me to pay the balance he then lied to me and stated that he gave my property away to someone that just stopped by his business and cleans out units then he told me he threw it all my property out that the unit had “junk” in it and it didn’t it had thousands of dollars in high quality items. The owner is a thief and I have heard he has done this to multiple other people. He broke the law and never mailed me a letter giving me an opportunity to get my unit and he never held a public auction for my property.

    Paid monthly bill on 11/7/22 which was due on 11/25/22. Paid via electronic check with a confirmation code received. They put a lock on my unit and I could not get in for 2 weeks until they found their mistake. My unit was paid up until 12/25/22. During this time though, I received texts and calls saying I still owed them money. I spoke to at least 3 different people regarding this matter. A man named ***** seems to to be in management said I would be refunded half of my rent due to being locked out. This did not happen. I cleaned my unit out, removed my lock and called and stated I no longer wanted the unit. This took place around 12/15/22. Im paid up until 12/25/22. I received a text on 12/28/22 then I called them that day regarding the text that I now owe them $110.00. They said they locked the unit until payment is received. I told them again that I no longer have the unit as previously discussed with someone. The unit is empty and clean.On 1/4/23 I received a Default Notice regarding this matter stating I owe $133.00 by 1/11/23 or my items will be auctioned. The unit has has been empty since 12//15/22 and they were notified I no longer had or wanted a unit. I called them after receiving this letter on 1/4/23. No answer. Left a message. I never seem to talk to the same person. During my last phone conversation with them I was told I would be reimbursed the money for the time I was locked out and if I ever need a unit again to please come back. Now I get a default notice which ****** it is out of **. ****************************************. ************. I am not in default. I left the unit with 10 days to spare. I would appreciate any help with this matter. When I think it is over, it starts up again. Thank you, ******************* ************. Check on 11/7/22 for $99.00 confirmation # ***********.

    I have been paying my storage via money order and the company is saying they have not received them. I believe the issue is the company is a new company who replaced another. Regardless of what the reason is I have continually paid my storage. I do not appreciate harassing letters and when I contact the storage company I am placed on hold and no one comes back or return my calls. I belive they have blocked me because when I call from a blocked # the phone rings but when I call directly from my # is goes straight to voicemail. This company is very unprofessional and I just want my items. I spoke with someone at the office today and she noted that they are receiving my emails as well.
