    Contract with Mr. ****** drawn up on 9-8-22, committed to starting on job with materials needed 2 weeks out from this date. Was given 50% of the contract total of $13,000.00, so $6250.00 was given to **** ****** in the form of a cashiers check. He purchased the metal on 9-16-22 for $2872.39 from Menards (also received a 11% rebate for this transaction) and the metal was ready 9-22-22 for him to pick up and start the job. We did not hear from or see Mr. ****** until 10-22 when he brought the metal. He only dropped it off and left it exposed on the ground, it also rained the entire night and following day. He was ruse, and had been drinking all day because we could smell it on him and he was obviously intoxicated. Again we did not see nor hear from Mr. ****** until 10-27 at 2:30 pm, for an hour. He left two unknown guys here for 2.5 hours, during which time also left for about a half hour and came back. ( They also drove a trailer with no tire on it clear to Bremen, destroyed our road) They left when Mr. ****** returned, so aprox 2 hours of work was done on this day by two unknown men. 10-27-22 came to do tear off at 10:30-5:40, he watched 2 men tear down the walls. While drinking beer. 10-28, 5 hours same thing; 10-29, 2 .5 hours and 10-30 came at 12:30 left at 2:46 and returned at 4:30 until 7:10 so total 5 hours this day as well. All of which they are drinking the entire time, they dont show up until noon or later and Mr. ****** is very rude, demanding, and does nothing. on 11-1-22 Mr s\****** threatens we give him more money, or he puts a lien on our cabin. First off he hasnt done the work for the $6250 we gave him already even with supplies, we will not give any more money. He will not finish the work and used all of the money. He quit and is threatening to sue us. we are going to file a breach of contract. ************************************************************************************************

    11.21.2022 ** received phone call from **** ****** stating after consumer paid 1/2 down for materials his crew put in a weeks worth of work and consumer refused to pay. **** said contract stipulates consumer instructed to pay draws at completeion of each stage of work and consumer refused to pay business. **** said he will respond in wrtiting to BBB as there are comments consumer made in complaint about his business which are not true.
