    I ordered Pizza Hut on April 5, 2025. My food never showed up when I finally managed to reach the person delivering the food. They told me they delivered it and there was nothing that they could do then when I called Pizza Hut I was told there was no manager there then called Pizza Hut again and I was told to wait 3 to 5 business days for a refund That I called back again today 10 days later and again was given the runaround after calling Pizza Hut corporate, and then the Pizza Hut store that was the problem once again I was told that the manager wasnt there, but that they would deal with it. Once the reports came through, which wasthe initial story that I was given on the day I ordered my food April 5 And was told if you dont see a shop in your bank account call back which I did three separate times basically given the same answer over and and over I just called told the manager on duty the same story for the fifth time and he told me that theyll figure it out when they talk to the boss next and when I asked when that would be, they had an attitude and said I dont know sometime today and then hung up. Not only was it impossible to actually get in touch with an actual person but every time I get in touch with an actual person, they just passed the box waiting for some elusive manager, meanwhile its literally been 10 days and my $23.68 has not reverted back to my bank account which I knew was going to be the issue the whole time as my bank shows pending refunds and refunds immediately even if they dont clearright away I know pretty much every time that a refund is on the way, but I didnt try to complain or fight with these people. just waited and I waited and I waited. It is now 10 days later I have been hung up on. Ive had people give me attitude.Ive been nice through the whole thing and I can say with 100% certainty that as a lifelong customer of ********************, I am never ordering a single from them ever again as long as I live thanks for nothing.

    saw promo sign "buy 1 get 1 free. for dine in, carry out" so I ordered a meat lovers but they didn't have sausage. I said okay. Soda machine wasn't working correctly, so I purchased a bottled one. I asked for the buy one get one free on pizza and was denied because it's carry out only.
