    1. THE CAMPGROUND IS VERY RUN DOWN. IN MY OPINION THE FACILITIES LOOK LIKE THEY HAVEN'T BEEN MAIMTAINED IN 20 YEARS.
    2. THE FACILITIES ARE DIRTY. THE BATHROOM WAS DISCUSTING. MY WIFE WAS AFRAID SHE MITE GET A DISEASE. THARE WAS MOLD, STANDING WATER AND CEILING TILES HANGING
    DOWN.
    3. I'M NOT ARCHITECT BUT IN MY OPINION THE FACILITIES DO NOT LOOK STRUCTURALLY SOUND. ONE CAN SEE AREAS OF THE ROOF VERY DETERIORATED. THE OWNER TOLD ME THERE ARE PRBLEMS WITH THE PIPES LEAKING.
    4. I WAS TOLD THERE ARE PERMANENT RESIDENTS. IS THAT LEGAL?

    Business called BBB with there response and we verified it by phone.

    We have sent a refund check back to the consumer as of yesterday Thursday May 16. The campsite wasn't officially open yet as we don't open until April 15th. We were accommodating those coming in for the Eclipse.
