    Booked room May 16, 2024 for June 24-27,2024. Daughters wedding. Booked the room for my son and daughter-in-law and **** (mom). **** is 94. She could not stay there due to the room being filthy. We had to last minute make other arrangements for her. She couldn’t stay in there with the filth due to her lungs. My son( who is disabled) and wife drove in from Ak. The place had tobacco spit wads on walls, bathroom was disgusting. Carpet dirty, ac unit had a lot of bugs in it-turned it on and they flew everywhere. Tv didn’t work. Sheets had stains. They went and bought $17 in cleaning supplies to clean bathroom. They were tired and stayed the night, next morning asked for refund and was told had to get manager approval. They had to put towels on carpet not to get tux dirty!
    I called the motel twice and *********** 4 times(only to be on hold for over an hour and a half to get hung up on) I canceled my credit card only for it to be reversed. I have pictures and receipt of cleaning supplies. *********** said if they can get ahold of Days inn and they say ok they would take take it off my card. Days in nor *********** never responded to me or ******* ***. So I got recharged. They couldn’t afford another room til they got their refund so had to stay. This was for a great wedding weekend!! The place was a dump!!! Oh and had duct tape over the main door hiding a hole in it!!

    I booked a hotel room on line on July 25, 2022, with the Days Inn that went through **********. I received a confirmation number ************* for 2 reserved rooms for August 13, 2022. I cancelled my reservation on August 9, 2022. I have several emails saying that the entire amount of $162.90 is totally refundable. The money was taken out of my banking account on August 1, and the 10th, prior to me even planning on staying there!!!! I have spent the past 5 weeks on the phone with **********, ************ ******* and the hotel itself. I was to told by ******* on September 5, 2022, that I would have my refund within 3 days. Today is the 14th and I haven't received it. I emailed ******* asking them why I haven't received it yet and they emailed me saying they were sorry but after speaking with the Days Inn, they are holding the original cancellation policy and not refunding my money. I canceled on the 9th. I had 24 hours prior to the 13th to cancel. The foreign staff members at the hotel continue to hang up on me and said there is nothing I can do.

    Good Afternoon,
    I am emailing you today in response to a complaint issued by ** **** ******** in regards to her being charged for 2 reservations for arrival 8.13.2022.  After our research we have found that she booked with ******* (3rd party reservation company) and she spoke to ******* directly to cancel her reservations.  ******* was supposed to cancel the reservations in our property system as well and did not do so.  When her arrival date came on 8.13.22 the guest did not show up so in went through our system as a "no-show".  Our hotel policy is we charge the reservation for 1 night if the reservation is not cancelled within 24 hours of the arrival date.  The hotel does not have access to the guest credit card because we receive a "virtual pre-paid credit card" provided to us by the 3rd party booking company.  The 3rd party booking company would be the ones who has the ability to provide the guest with any refunds that would need to be given.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me by email or by phone at *************
