I bought a used dodge ram 1500 with 60000 miles from them in July after bringing it home to PA where I live I tried to get it inspected and it failed miserably. The front struts, right wheel hub, and whole sway bar mechanism was blow out that doesn’t happen from just a 2 hour drive. So they had sold me a truck with those problems not only is it super dangerous for other on the road but it’s ridiculous for what I paid for the truck to have those problems. I let them know about the problems they said bring it up so we can take a look at it so I brought it up the same week of informing them. They had my truck there for a month and the whole time they didn’t do anything to the truck they just let it sit on there lot and never once reached out to me to inform me on what was happening I had to be the one to reach out and ask what’s going on and why it’s not done. They finally quoted me at 7000 dollars to do all the work after only having the truck for a month. Then when I finally brought it home I went to get another quote at another place and they quoted me at 4000 for everything, that’s a 3000 dollar difference so where the extra 3000 coming from. I call out there again multiple times to see what we can do cause still $4000 in work is a lot for not even having the truck for 6 months. Finally we agreed they where going to give me $1700 off of the parts so I asked multiple of times is it ok if I have some stuff done up there and take it some where else and still get the $1700 off they said that shouldn’t be a problem. But yet again when I made the 2 hour drive up there I call the next day to ask what was going on and they told me they are not giving me $1700 off unless I get all the work done up there. Sorry but I do not just have the money to pay $5300 out of pocket after paying for a $25000 truck. So they are trying to force me to get more work done there even after I stated I can’t afford that they are still pushing it. Never get a vehicle from that place. RIP OFF.

This is THE WORST place to go for just general maintenance, PLEASE anyone reading this I STRONGLY encourage you to NOT take ANY vehicle here. I realized after 5,000 miles they never put my oil cap back on & my oil drain plug was finger tight, ready to fall out at any moment. PLEASE I BEG YOU DO NOT TAKE ANY VEHICLE HERE!!! I HAVE NEVER POSTED ANYTHING ON BBB BEFORE BUT THIS WAS NECESSARY. I WOULD NOT HAVE WASTED MY TIME IF THIS WASN'T THE TRUTH. ALSO THE BBB FORCES YOU TO SELECT A 1-5 STAR FOR THE FACILITY YOU’RE COMPLAINING ABOUT, I WOULD'VE LEFT A ZERO BUT ITS A HARD STOP SO I HAD TO PICK A 1.

Long review but worth the read. Ferris purchased my Tahoe from Michigan and had it shipped to them. I found it online and went in to see it. Wanted it. Beautiful car! Great shape. Could pass as new for a 2016. So we got it the day they dropped it off the truck. My salesman told me they would fill the tank for me and I needed to make an appointment to come back to have it serviced and safty checked. So I did but it wasn't until the following week. In that week I didn't drive it but maybe 3 times. Took it back to have it serviced. Of course they changed the oil, filters, wiper blades. I told them of a few issues it was having. They addressed them. Tpms light was on for front passenger side tire. Pressure kept getting low. They assured me they took the tire off and checked it and reset the sensor. I got in to leave and noticed my drivers side window tint had 8 or 9 chips in it. This was not like this before I dropped it off. It's something I would have noticed. My husband as well. I called the manager the next day. He kinda brushed me off said he'd call me back. Next day a lady called offering me a fill up next time I was in town but brushed the tint under the rug. I addressed it. She said she'd call back. 3 days later she didn't so I called back today after taking it to the local tire shop for the tpms sensor on again with a low tire. There was a piece of metal in the tire. So they didn't address that like they said. Just reset the sensor obviously. Called the manager again today. I was upset because he was talking over me. Brushing the tint under the rug again. So I raised my voice a little to talk over him and he hung up on me. My husband later called them back. He was upset that Patrick hung up on me. They had words, not good ones. Basically he said he was being nice by giving me the gas when it wasn't even contracted. So instead of just making the customer who spent 38k happy he dismissed us. I will never step foot on their lot again. Very unprofessional.

Long response but worth the read. You brought your vehicle in a week after purchase and it's your contention that we fixed everything, but failed to check a tire? The tire was checked for leaks and none were found. During the conversation your husband repeatedly maintained that at the time of inspection you had owned the vehicle less than 24 hours. Our service manager pulled your vehicle in. First procedure when we pull a unit into the shop is to roll the drivers window completely down so that keys don't get locked in cars. It was rolled up when it was pulled out of the shop. We did not damage your window tint.
We again offered the fuel even though there was no documentation that any was owed. We document these requests on a "we owe' form so that customers are not left short. Please note that the form that you signed indicated "0 owed to customer"
Your call was disconnected because we won't be subjected to the abusive tone of your conversation. The only "not good words" in the conversation with Mr. ******* were the multiple times he used "the F word" during the conversation.
We strive to satisfy every customer every day. Thousands of positive reviews support that. Sometimes we make mistakes and when we do, we take responsibility for them. In this case, we tried to make good, on something that we didn't even owe, but you wanted more.
