    09-17-2019 Superior Basement Systems supposedly fixed a wall in the basement of my house. The contractor put a hole in the floor and wall which allows water to come into the house. They received $10,000.00 for the work and created another problem with the hole in the floor/wall. I have contacted them over the years but, they don't want to fix the hole correctly. **** ****** the owner doesn't want to put a sump pump as he suggested when he put the hole in the floor. He has blocked my phone number so, I can't call him. Can you do something to let other unsuspecting customers to not hire this company. I feel he was trying to get more money for the problem he created with the hole in my floor and wall. Every time it rains hard the water comes in my home and ruins my paint on the floor. I can not put anything in my basement till this problem is fixed. It will cost me money if he does not come back and fix this, probably around $3500.00. I am not happy about his deceiving work ethics. Now I am left with water damage to my basement, loss of monies, and have emotional distress over the whole situation.

    Our company has high standards and is well regarded in our area. We went back to address her complaints 2 times, but each time we went, she wouldn't let us do what we wanted to do. We were informed by a family member she is *******. On one of our attempts to resolve the issue, she told our employee that she hated men. She was also verbally abusive on the phone and used the f word several times. This is why her phone number was blocked. She made it very difficult for us to try and resolve her issue. We are now communicating with her and in the process of resolving what she wants us to take care of.
