      North Central Insulation recently insulated my newly constructed Shop/Garage. They insulated the walls and blew insulation into the ceiling/attic area. The price was fair, communication was clear, they were on time, friendly and did a good job.

      Really deserve 0 (ZERO) STARS. Bought a Heat & Glo insert and a mantle from this company. Insert was installed without incident. They were supposed to talk with our contractor about finishing the outside vent. Never happened and our HOA was not happy that the vent wasn’t fixed. Contractor finished the outside vent cover work after getting a notice from our HOA. Mantle delivered at the time of the insert installation was not bulky enough for the fireplace so it needed to be returned. It was picked up by a company representative but he did not leave a note or card or anything. The only way we knew it had been picked up was that one of the contractor’s crew saw them. We have made numerous calls to the company for a refund. Of course the salesman who sold us the unit and mantle no longer works for the company. Trying to find anyone with the gumption to track it down is laughable. Cannot tell you how many people to whom we have spoken about this matter. Now we are trying to get service on our unit (the gas pilot light went out) and they don’t answer the phone, or if we do get through we have to leave a message which is never returned. Sales staff say they’ll have service call us but again, NO CALL BACK.
      We are now going to file a complaint with the BBB. If you value your time and money I recommend steering clear of this company….they are totally unreliable
