On Friday, I called ***** to say I would make a payment. She said she needed something that day. So I went in person to make a partial payment. I gave ***** $150. She said I needed to bring the car back. I asked her when they closed, and she said 6pm. She asked me if I had received a txt saying I would have to make a full payment. I told her I had not rec'd the text. By 6:05p the car was gone. My autistic, 4 year old nephew was asleep in the backseat.

I drove to the lot and recovered my nephew. I still had keys, so I drove the car home. I called police and asked why they did not charge him with Child Endangerment and Reckless Conduct, and they said because the kid was all right.

Then, Allstar Motor Sales came back to my home and picked it up again. I called them on Friday night to say I had the money. I called again on Saturday, and spoke to *****. She said I would have to talk to ****, but she wouldn't give me his number.

I called today and spoke to **** who said I would get a letter in a couple of days and I could respond to the letter.

They knew I had a problem with my debit card, and had to wait for a new one.

    Response to Claim# ********

On 10/7/2022 the vehicle was repossessed from the customer due to non payment. He was told on the 7th that a partial payment was not sufficient and the whole amount owed needed to be paid by the end of the business day. When payment was not made the vehicle was repossessed and taken back to our location. Within a few minutes of our employees leaving the customer then came onto our property and took back the vehicle. Once we knew the vehicle had been taken back it was then sent out for repossession a 2nd time.

    Thank you,
